Gain insight with real-time market stats for your neighborhood and see what's trending with lifestyle insights. Consumers are able to search by city, zip code, or neighborhood and create a curated collection of any stand-out homes. KW agents can engage with clients within the app and get a summary of the latest happenings in their home owner journey.

Neighborhood Pulse

In collaboration with the Keller Williams Realty International (KWRI) team, I designed the "Neighborhood Pulse" features within the app. Neighborhood Pulse shows the consumer what its like to live in a neighborhood. Consumers can make informed decisions based on market stats, pricing comparison, lifestyle trends, and information on nearby schools.

Feed Content

Consumers are able to curate their own feed with content they would like to keep up date with. Along with other features, consumers and agents can follow neighborhoods to get feed updates on market changes, new businesses, commute time, and service providers. I designed various screens that showcase articles, new listings, videos, and community updates.
